Once time has been entered by a user - both the user time entry screen (and the end of each row on the approve time screen) allows you to open an overview grid of to review all of the user's entries for the entire week. Information can be sorted by date, project item, units of measure (if enabled) and other time posting information.
To access this area - From the user time entry screen, Select the View Weekly Overview screen

From the time approval or expense approval screens - the weekly view can be viewed via the binoculars icon at the end of the row.

A weekly view opens with the weekly breakdown of entries by the selected user.

Notice along the top header it says "Drag and Drop column headers here to group." This means you can left click on a column header and drag it to this area. In this case we've taken a description and grouped it by the project item time was posted to.

Put the column header back and re-group by project if desired etc..

Note: Columns can be sorted by double clicking on a column header.
