User Maintenance | Reporting Tab

The Reporting Page controls the selected user's authorizations for User Reports. User Reports are broken up into two categories of Authorization. The first category configures Time Reports while the second category determines the user level at which the reports can be run.



 

FIELDS

 Time/Amounts Display  - Controls whether the selected user can view Amounts (Rates, etc.) on reports.

 User Level  - Controls the users ability to view their own reports only (Self), their subordinates user reports (Supervised), or everyone's user reports (All Users)

Work Flow Level Status Icons- Status icons will be turned on for time or expense entry personal approving time. These icons appear for managers and show up at the posting record or the time or expense approval grid

Work Flow Change Log and Approval Path- Sets display authorizations for users included in approval process of time or expense entries. This will allow the user to history of approval path of records.
