The Overview screen is designed to give a quick overview of recent posting activities for yourself and any subordinates in the system. The Overview screen can be set as the default user entry page for a user in the use master Preferences tab. The Overview screen displays the following information:
Your User ID
The last date and time that you logged into the system.
The application message as configured in Application Configuration.
Select the appropriate tab ( Productivity, Time and Expense, Budgeting Overview) for information to be viewed (authorizations may be required for some information)
Productivity tab shows charts for individual or groups of user. For additional information please see the Productivity page within this chapter.
Summary information for Budget Managers, Project Managers, Time Sheet and Expense Users on "Time and Expense" tab. Up to 4 weeks of information is displayed. Based upon your authorizations you may see the following summary objects:
Budget Manager Summary
Budget Review Summary
Time Sheet Manager Summary
Expense Manager Summary
Time Sheet User Summary
Expense User Summary
