The online documentation is designed exactly the way that the application navigates while adding additional chapters to assist in configuring and implementing the product. It provides users with an easy to navigate format that aligns with the menu paths provided on the products application menu. For each major application menu path there is a chapter dedicated to each individual sub menu option below the application menu selection.

The Overview screen is the default screen that is displayed when a user logs on. This is based upon the Preferences setting. The Overview screen displays the following information:
Your User ID
The last date and time that you logged into the OnTrax Manager software.
The application message as configured in Application Configuration
Summary information for Budget Managers, Project managers, Time Sheet and Expense Users. Up to 4 weeks of information is displayed. Based upon your authorizations you may see the following summary objects:
